Sool is Kevin Quinn, Neal Spaulding, and Pete Weiss. These "sool brothers" have been recording and making music together since 1994. Their music traverses many genres and has been featured in independent films, TV shows and international ads. Pioneers of live satellite "gigging at a distance" and CD commentary tracks, the band continues to sporadically record and perform. Along the way, Sool has collaborated with a collective of crack musicians, friends and artists known as "Friends of Sool". FOS luminaries include the amazing John Clarke, "Mercy James" Gerdeman, Ken Lafler, Inverse Room (aka J. Robert Lennon), Jeff Norcross, Scott McCall, Rich Gilbert, Michael Quinn, Mark Weaver, Jeff Mellin, Peter Linnane, the cherished Erich Groat and many others whose inspiration, friendship and support keep Sool both lawsuit and fancy free. For several years now, the band has performed every summer with drummer Ken O'Keefe, who founded the Dead Monkeys along with Kevin and Neal.
Girl with a Hawk is an indie rock band whose sound shifts effortlessly between shimmering indie pop, rootsy folk-country textures, and punchy garage-rock energy. Their dynamic style balances loose, expressive performances with tightly crafted songwriting, creating sets that feel both spontaneous and polished. While their recorded singles impress, Girl with a Hawk truly shines onstage, delivering electrifying live shows that transform their songs into something raw, immediate, and unforgettable.
Prairie Bird are two songbirds traveling together through the world, in the sky, making music as they fly.
