Mary McAvoy / Tori Costa / Keiyana Marie Trinidad

  • Myrtle 134 Waterman Avenue East Providence, RI, 02914 United States (map)

Mary McAvoy is a Providence-based singer-songwriter whose chilled-out pop sound blends rock, soul, blues, and Americana. Originally from just outside Boston, she has been writing and performing her own music for several years, both as a solo act and with her dynamic trio. Influenced by artists like Donna Missal, Paolo Nutini, and Tori Kelly, Mary’s effortless vocals shine in her recordings, including work with producers Bryan Fennelly (Plaid Dog Recording) and Railroad Park Recording Studios.

In 2023, she opened for Nancy Wilson of Heart and later appeared on season 26 of The Voice as part of Snoop Dogg’s team. Her next single, “Fool’s Errand,” arrives in April 2025, with more new music and tour dates to follow.

Infusing Portuguese & Americana folk roots into a global pop palette of sound, Tori Costa carves out a niche fusion genre of Luso-Americano Soft Rock that is boundary-pushing, exotically enchanting, and entirely her own concoction. Her distinctly recognizable contralto reminisces on the fado tradition, melded into a vulnerable yet provocative rock-and-roll delivery that is simultaneously nostalgic and cutting-edge. Her bold artistry moves audiences to new heights with her crowd intuition, clever humor and versatility as a multi-instrumentalist with a dance background. A certified multi-hyphenate, Tori composes her bilingual serenades with astute vision, reflected by the creativity and originality of her self-directed music videos and live shows. Costa’s Azorean heritage and southern New England origins are evident throughout her lyrical themes and musical portrayals.

Keiyana Marie Trinidad is a 28-year-old independent Pop/R&B/Soul artist from New England. Inspired early on by icons like Hilary Duff, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, and Selena Gomez, she knew by age eight that she wanted to perform on big stages and travel the world. After graduating college in 2021, she released her debut single, Good to Know, along with a music video that summer. She followed up with the singles Blind (recorded at True Music Studios) and Bridges (recorded at Red 13 Studios), marking the beginning of her live performance journey that same year.

In 2023, she was both a performer and a recipient at the International Portuguese Music Awards. Her momentum continued in 2024 with a string of new releases including Fast Asleep, Places With You, Mom & Dad, Fly, and the powerful duet Heart Attack with Tori Costa.. That same year, she earned nominations for ‘Pop Act of the Year’ and ‘R&B/Soul Act of the Year’ at the New England Music Awards.

Her debut album, A Girl’s Dream, is available now on all streaming platforms. With more solo music and collaborations slated for release in 2025, she continues to bring her dream to life.
